- How long after I place my order will it ship?
All orders are shipped Monday-Saturday via USPS, excluding holidays. Please allow 7-10 business days on Standard shipping. For customers selecting 1-Day Shipping, please keep in mind your order must be placed before 12pm (Central Time) to leave the same day Monday - Thursday.
- What payment methods do you accept?
Fab & Frugal offers a variety of payment options such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also take PayPal and store credit in the form of e-gift cards.
- I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Fab & Frugal within hours of placing your order, check your spam folder. If it’s not in your spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Care department via email at: [email protected] for assistance to update your order.
- I ordered the wrong size. How do I change my order?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please contact our Customer Care department email at: [email protected] with your order number and the correct size. If 24 hours has passed, changes will not be made to your order.
- Does Fab & Frugal offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide.
- What company does Fab & Frugal use to ship packages?
Fab & Frugal offers USPS Priority Mail to ship domestically and internationally.
- How will I know when my package has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included.
- How do I track my order?
You may track your order by using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email stating your package has shipped.
-My tracking info states my package was shipped, but I have not received it. What do I do?
Once your package leaves our processing center, Fab & Frugal is not responsible for any packages. Please contact your local USPS Post Office about this issue. Check with your neighbors or landlords as well. Fab & Frugal does not hold responsibility for any packages that are lost or stolen.
- I would like to return the item I purchased, what do I do?
Fab & Frugal does not accept returns for clothing or accessories unless the item purchased is defective or damaged. You are responsible for return shipping charges.

- How long does it take to process returns?
(Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-gift card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
- Does Fab & Frugal do exchanges?
Our sincerest apologies, we do not accept exchanges at this time unless the item was damaged at the time of arrival so please double check your order before leaving the checkout page.
- May I have a refund?
All sales are final. Please be sure to double-check all sizes, as well as the Shipping policy and Refund policy before placing an order on the checkout page. Also refer to our sizing guide if you need help.
- Something is missing out of my order/this is not what I ordered. What do I do?
After double-checking your package, please contact our Customer Care department: [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt to inform us.
- I need help figuring out what size I wear. How do I do this?
